High School/Middle School
Parents and friends visiting the High School and Middle School are asked to follow these guidelines:
  • Cooperate with faculty and student body as to not interfere with classroom work.
  • Visitors must report to the office as soon as they enter the building and sign in with the secretary.
  • Visitors will be given a visitors badge to be worn while in the building.
  • Follow district policies.
  • No student visitors without prior permission from the Principal of their home district and our Administration.
  • Adult friends calling for students at dismissal are to remain in their vehicles.
Oakview Elementary
Parents and friends visiting Oakview and Luther Low Elementary are asked to follow these guidelines:
  • Have clearances on file in the Elementary office.
  • Report to the office to receive visitors badge and sign in.
  • Student visitors are not permitted.
  • Parents/Guardians are to sign in at the office and the secretary will notify the teacher of their arrival before they are permitted to go to the classroom.
  • Volunteers cannot use cell phones when they are volunteering with students.
  • Volunteers are not permitted to take photos of students
